Non-Refundable Services

All payments made for coaching programs, consultations, or digital services are non-refundable once the program has started or access materials have been shared. This is because our services involve personalized time, planning, and effort from our team.

Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate payment or transaction error.

  • Failure to deliver the purchased service due to a technical issue on our end.
    In such cases, the issue must be reported within 7 days of payment, along with proof of transaction.
